In institutional shadows they hide, and on this 9/11 Eve 250 we're shining the bright light of transparency at new heights — or depths as the case may be.

"What is this chasm between how institutions profess to function and how they actually do; between what they claim to do for people and what they actually do to them?"
Hock's 1999 manifesto, Birth of Chaordic Age, where these ideas and more come from, are key to avoiding more disasterously deadly events like 9/11.
